As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a background in Sports & Exercise Science, Taylor specializes in rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and injury prevention for athletes of all levels.
A former collegiate volleyball player at Randolph College, Taylor understands the physical demands placed on competitive athletes. With additional experience in soccer, softball, beach volleyball, and CrossFit, she is uniquely equipped to help patients recover from sports injuries and optimize their performance. Whether working with weekend warriors, student-athletes, or active adults, Taylor combines hands-on therapy with functional movement training to get patients back to the activities they love.
