Dr. Kristen Schwaegerle brings a unique perspective to OFF-SEASON. With her experience as a high-level competitive equestrian, lifelong runner and outdoor enthusiast, she understands the physical demands and challenges faced by equestrian and other athletes of all levels. Kristen has spent her career working in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings treating a wide range of orthopedic injuries as well as post-surgical rehabilitation. Pursing a desire to be able to offer her patients more, and truly be able to have a healing impact, Kristen went on to obtain an advanced fellowship degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. At OFF-SEASON, she works with patients with any physical therapy-related issues (pain, restrictions, dysfunction, reduced performance, etc), offering a detail-oriented and personalized approach to care. Kristen in particular enjoys treating headaches and back, neck, or other spinal dysfunction.
